Place the peach halves into an ovenproof dish. Mix together the Philadelphia and caster sugar until well blended and then fold in the biscuits and raspberries.
Top each of the peaches with a spoonful of the Philadelphia mixture, cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven, Gas Mark 5, 190 °C for 10 minutes.
Remove the foil, bake for a further 10 minutes and serve warm.
