Garlic & Herb Mushroom Parcels

Wipe the mushrooms with kitchen paper and remove the stalk.
Stir the white wine into the Philadelphia and spread evenly over the cap of the mushrooms. Top each one with thyme sprigs and black pepper.
Wrap each mushroom in a sheet of baking paper, folding the paper over at the edges to form a seal, place onto a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven, Gas Mark 6, 200 °C for 15-20 minutes. Serve in the paper or remove the paper and serve immediately.
- If fresh tyyme is not available use a little dried thyme instead.
