  • 180 g Philadelphia with Caramelised Onion
  • 25 Ritz Original crackers
  • 150 g thinly sliced ham, torn into bitesize pieces
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Spread approx. 1 tsp of Philadelphia onto each cracker, then top with a piece of ham and a few slices of spring onion.
