Lime Cheesecake Cream

  • 200 ml condensed milk
  • 200 g Philadelphia Original
  • 75 g caster sugar
  • Juice of 3 limes (approx 60ml)
  • 100 ml double cream, whipped
  • Finely grated zest of 2 limes


  • Whisk together the condensed milk, Philadelphia and sugar Stir in the lime juice and zest. The mixture will thicken slightly.
  • Fold in the whipped cream and divide the mixture between dessert glasses. Chill for about an hour to set. If liked serve decorated with a little grated lime zest.


  • Delicious served with crisp almond or ginger biscuits.
