  • 150 g Philadelphia Light
  • 150 ml Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • A selection of fresh fruits, e.g. kiwis, cherries, strawberries, bananas, grapes, apples, pears


  • Mix together the Philadelphia, yogurt and honey and spoon into a serving dish. Chill well until required.
  • Prepare each of the fruits as appropriate for dipping into a creamy dip. Arrange the fruit pieces on a plate and serve with the ‘Philadelphia dip’.


  • If using bananas, apples or pears sprinkle with a little lemon juice to prevent discolouration.
  • Blossom honey adds a particularly good flavour to the dip.
