Philadelphia Sunshine Flatbreads

  • 6 medium sized tomatoes (approx 300 g)
  • 2 round flat breads
  • 240 g Philadelphia Light
  • 12 pitted black olives, (approx 50 g) chopped
  • 25 g rocket leaves


  • Cut each tomato into about 6 segments.
  • Warm the flat breads or naans in the oven. Whilst still warm spread with the Philadelphia.
  • Top the Philadelphia with the tomato pieces. Scatter over the chopped olives and finish with some rocket leaves. Cut each bread into wedges and serve immediately.


  • This recipe is also delicious using naan bread.
