  • 4 slices raisin loaf with cinnamon
  • 60 g Philadelphia Original
  • 1 tsp icing sugar
  • 50 g fresh fruit eg plums, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries
  • little extra icing sugar to serve


  • Lightly toast the bread, mix the Philadelphia with the icing sugar and spread over the toast. Top with fresh fruit and sift a little icing sugar over to serve.
