  • 150 g Philadelphia with Chives
  • 60 g smoked salmon slices


  • Simply spread the blini with the Philadelphia and top each one with a little smoked salmon.
    Finish with a sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper.


  • If preferred replace the black pepper with a sprinkling of finely grated lemon or lime zest.
