Philadelphia and Smoked Salmon Rolls

  • 200 g smoked salmon slices
  • 100 g Philadelphia Light
  • 4 spring onions, finely sliced


  • Cut the smoked salmon slices into squares approximately 8cm x 8cm. Spread each square with Philadelphia and top with a sprinkling of spring onion pieces. Rollup the salmon squares and arrange on a serving plate. Cover with cling film until required and then serve topped with freshly ground black pepper.


  • If preferred, replace the Philadelphia Light with Philadelphia Light with Garlic & Herbs and omit the spring onion.
