Ingredients

  • 200 g Philadelphia Original
  • 125 g Flaked Smoked Mackerel
  • 20 g Grated Horseradish
  • 10 ml Double Cream
  • 0.5 Fresh Lemon (approx 15ml Juice)
  • 5 g Chopped Chives
  • 1 Punnet Rock Chives
  • 50 CanapĂ© Cups

Instructions

  • Place the cheese, lemon juice, cream and horseradish in to a bowl and mix together.
  • Fold in the flaked mackerel, chopped chives and season.
  • Place into the canapĂ© cups and top with the rock chives.
