  • 120 g Philadelphia with Chives
  • 2 spring onions, trimmed and sliced thinly into rings
  • 200 g canned tuna in spring water, drained
  • 4 wholemeal pitta breads or 8 mini pittas
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 80 g cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives or flat leaf parsley


  • Soften the Philadelphia in a bowl, add the spring onions and flaked tuna and mix gently together to combine.
  • Place tomato and cucumber slices onto the pitta bread and top with the tuna mixture. Garnish with chives or parsley.
