Ingredients

  • 200 g Philadelphia Original
  • 200 g Sliced Red Onions
  • 100 ml Red Wine
  • 50 ml Balsamic Vinegar
  • 80 g Honey
  • 40 g Brown Sugar
  • 100 g Cooked Diced Golden Beetroot
  • 50 Pastry Cases

Instructions

  • Place the onions, wine, vinegar, honey and sugar in a pan and cook until caramelised and sticky in appearance.
  • Fold the beetroot through the cheese, season and pipe into the pastry cases.
  • Top with the caramelised onion and serve.
