Philadelphia & Smoked Salmon Sandwich

  • 30 g Philadelphia with Chives
  • 40 g smoked salmon slices
  • cracked black pepper
  • 2 thick slices wholemeal bread
  • 6 thin slices cucumber
  • 1 handful baby salad leaves and watercress, to serve
  • 1 tsp of olive oil, to serve
  • 0.25 fresh lemon, to serve


  • To start, generously spread one slice of wholemeal bread with Chive Philadelphia. Arrange the cucumber slices on top of the Philadelphia, followed by an even layer of smoked salmon. Season with a little freshly ground black pepper, then place the second slice of bread on top. Serve immediately alongside a salad of baby leaves and watercress, dressed at the last minute in a teaspoon of olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
