Method
1
To start, generously spread one slice of wholemeal bread with Chive Philadelphia. Arrange the cucumber slices on top of the Philadelphia, followed by an even layer of smoked salmon. Season with a little freshly ground black pepper, then place the second slice of bread on top. Serve immediately alongside a salad of baby leaves and watercress, dressed at the last minute in a teaspoon of olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
