Method

Prepare the vegetables by thinly slicing the peppers into fine strips. Place them into iced water for 5-10 minutes until starting to curl.

Using a veg. peeler, peel the cucumber lengthways into ribbons and add them to the iced water.

Generously spread the crackers with Philadelphia with Garlic & Herbs. Top each cracker by interchanging the vegetables and fresh herbs, offsetting them to one side of the cracker. Serve immediately.
