Philadelphia Tuna and Lemon Open Sandwich
Spread the bread slices with the Philadelphia and top with the shredded lettuce.
Mix the tuna with the lemon or lime juice and season well with cracked black pepper.
Arrange the tuna over the lettuce.
- 4 slices of farmhouse style white bread
- 120 g Philadelphia Light
- 40 g crisp lettuce leaves, shredded
- 200 g tinned tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
- 2 tsp Fresh Lemon or lime juice
- cracked black pepper
